Leonardo de Felice was born in San Severo 27 years ago. Graduated on nursing, he moves his first steps in musical area doing the dj and organizing a lot of nights in his zone. After several celebration, he realize that playing sounds of other artists was nice but not too stimulant. So he get stubborn on the musical production moving his first musical patters with Ableton. Dogged by his disease he started to product several singles, until he accumulated a lot of work. In that point Smooth Operator started a serious research of labels that could marry his sounds, maked by a full kick, absurds grooves and scaring bass, without omitting his musical influences 'Marco Carola, Sven Vath Dubfire, Jeff Mills, Magda, Chris Liebing, Hobo, Villabos, Plastikman' which they made possible several musical experiments in live area. Not glad of it, after his graduation, after several celebrations, after his first outputs in musical area for several labels such as Tarantula Recording, Bpmbeat Recording and Arteria music label, he decides to start a new way that he has always loved: live!! His mission was playing music made at the moment. Trough the utilization of Kork Esx, Korg Kaossilator, Allen & Heath 4D and Ableton he's able to express all of his potential in productive area.
